This module is delivered by a Public Service Superannuation Act (PSSA) certified Pay Specialist

  1. Health and nutrition

The focus of this module is on diet, health and their impact on retirement.

  1. Psychological Aspects of Retirement

This module focuses on the challenges and impacts of this life transition.

  1. Estate Planning

This module includes all aspects of succession planning.

Note: for the National Capital Region, unless otherwise stated, workshops in French are presented by a notary (Code civil du Québec) and those in English by a lawyer (Common Law).

  1. Financial Planning

This module deals with various topics related to good financial planning for retirement.


Objectives :

The workshop is offered to all employees of the federal government and is designed to facilitate the transition of employees to and from retirement by providing them with important information on the various aspects to be considered in planning for retirement. Participants can start thinking and acquire tools that will help them move from work to retirement.
